Payment Options

Online Card Payments

Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

GETIIT, as a Verisign Certified Site, uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the Website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that GETIIT offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by GETIIT in 72 hours.

GETIIT charges a service fee on all the enrolments. In case of cancellation of enrolment, this fee is non-refundable.

Transaction Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

What are the cancellation/amendment charges?

Cancellation and/or amendment of service shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied / payable to the relevant service in accordance with such relevant cancellation/refund policy. Prior to enrolment, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant service cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant service shall be to your account.

Except to the extent stated in the specific service terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific service booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows.

The customer must read individual service specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the product proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and GETIIT assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.

Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact GETIIT for refunds and the.

The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of client not interested or not taking service, the refund process cannot be initiated. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft or a wire transfer.

Promotion Codes

GETIIT generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promotional offer of using Promotion Codes for receiving discounts is not valid for transactions relating to some specific service. Other regular promotions that may be offered from time to time shall be valid for all services, unless indicated otherwise.

GETIIT reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.

In case of dispute with any party, GETIIT.com’s decision will be binding and final.

When you register with GETIIT.com, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products/services that we believe may benefit you.

Refund policy:

At GETIIT Services. we are committed to providing high quality products and services. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, this refund policy explains when we will give a refund.

General refund policy

We ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

The two lists below have been supplied by the GETIIT Legal Service & Fair Trading team; they outline your rights to a refund:

  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;

  • Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;

  • Do not match the demo you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or

  • Do not do the job as you were led to believe.

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

  • Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;

  • Realise you can't afford the service;

  • Found the same service at a cheaper price elsewhere;

  • Chose the wrong service;

  • Knew about the particular difference prior to purchase; and/or

  • Were responsible for causing the difference.

If you are entitled to a refund, you can choose between a refund, exchange or we may attempt to correct the problem for you.

Our Service

Please note that after making your purchase for service, you will be supplied with a registration code. Registration codes are changed on a regular basis to deter illegal product piracy. The registration code you are supplied upon completion of your order is valid for the current version of the product service available to download from our website, not necessarily the trial version you may have downloaded on a previous occasion.
