Q What is the mode of GETIIT training?

A. GETIIT is expertise in instructor led live interactive online training (Virtual Learning). We offer Courses online by a experienced industry expert. 

Q What are the pre requisites of Virtual Learning?

A. Broadband connection with a min of 256 KBPS bandwidth.
Computer System / Laptop with Head Phones and Mike.
 

Q Is the trainer qualified 

A. All the trainers are well qualified with min of 5 years of exp.
GETIIT Trainers are certified and are specially trained to adopt best methodologies to transfer knowledge workshops and to make training effective.

Q How can i practice on the tools? 

A. We provide third party server access to you where students
will have facility to access 24/7  for agreed period.
 

Q  How can I join a demo session? 

A . Instructions to join GETIIT virtual campus demo Class:

1.) GETIIT Training Manager provides you User Id andPassword to join Demo class or contact GETIIT Training Manager at demo@GETIIT.net to obtain login id &Password to join the class.

2.) Please visit http://www.GETIIT.net and click on Join Demo  

3.) Submit User ID and Password provided by GETIIT Training  Manager.

4.) You will be redirected to a secure page and click on "Here to Learn"and follow the prompts/instructions to join the class. 

5.) If you have difficulty in joining the Class, please obtain immediate help by contacting GETIIT support at +1 209 803 5599or mail to support@GETIIT.net.

Q . How can i enrol for a course? 

A. Instruction to Enrol for a course.  

1.) Fill in the online enrolment form found in GETIIT Forms at www.GETIIT.com 

2.) Make payment through GETIIT secure payment gateway at www.GETIIT.com

3.) You can make payment either through your Credit Card (VISA / Master / Amex ) 

4.) Once GETIIT receives your enrolment form and payment,Training manager will mail you roadmap & Training Plan for your classes with Schedule.

Q How can I join my class?

·        Under Virtual Campus choose the course you have enrolled

·        Enter username and password provided by training manager to enter to secure page.

·               Click on Here to Learn and fallow the steps given below.

Q. I forgot my user id and password 

A. Please send an email to support@GETIIT.net and you would receive your details within 24 hours of time. 

Q. Do i have access to any other class? 

A. You will not have access to any other class until and Unless you have enrolled for that particular class, How ever if you would like to learn other course contact training Manager and discuss your requirement and fallow their instructions. 

Q. How can i access my material? 

A. Once you are enrolled for the course you would be provided with apps id. You can access the documents through this id.You can access your materials from docs@GETIIT.net

Q. How do I get schedule of my classes?

A. As soon as you enrol for a course you would be receiving a kit from training manager. As a part of the kit you would be provided with the schedule of your classes and timings. In case you did not receive you can send an email to support@GETIIT.net.

Q. I could not login to server. 

A. If you have any problem in logging into the server you will margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt">have to write an email to support@GETIIT.net .

Q. What should i do if there is an emergency and I cannot attend the scheduled class for that day.
A.
     During an emergency where you cannot attend the session you should immediately send an email to support@GETIIT.net copying to the trainer.

 

Q. Can I refer my friend to GETIIT?

A. GETIIT encourages students to share their feedback to their friends and can refer any of your friends or colleagues to our training.

 

You can send an email to training@GETIIT.net to refer andoffcourse you would be entitled for referral bonus for which you will have to contact your training manager.

Q. How can i organise a class?


A. Visit www.GETIIT.net
 Select on the respective class you are going to organise.

Provide username and password to enter into secure page.

Q. I could not login?

 A. If you are not able to login or if your id validity is finished then send an email to support@GETIIT.net or call +91 900 800 324. 

Q. What should I do if student did not turn up for class and i am still waiting?

 
A.  You can drop a note to support@GETIIT.net or else you can leave a message at +91 900 800 3247.

Q. How do I share Material with the students?

A. GETIIT training is powered with Google apps. You can upload the materials to the students at docs@GETIIT.net Once you upload you can give view access to the students attending the class.

Note: The material has to be shared to the student before the class starts.

Q. How do I create and share schedule of the new batch. 

A. Training manager and trainer would discuss the schedule and once confirmed trainer reeds to prepare a document and upload in apps and share the same with the students.

Q. Check List I need to follow before I start the class ! 

A.      ·      Make sure you are in a sound proof environment.

  ·       Make sure Broadband is working fine.

  ·      Make sure Audio is working fine. Test Mike and speakers.

  ·      Make sure you have shared material to the students through apps.

  ·      Make sure all the students have joined the class.

 ·     Make sure you have all the presentation and content for class.

 ·       Make sure the server connectivity is established.

 

Q. Can I postpone the classes?

A. Trainer will not be encouraged to postpone the classes. Training should go on as per the schedule agreed.

Training class will be postponed only in very emergency situation but message should be cascaded to training manager and students well before.

 

Unauthorised absence would be breach of agreement and will be penalised.

Q.I am new to GETIIT, How can i join GETIIT team?

A.
   If you are new to GETIIT and are a enthusiastic trainer with relevant experience in technology, You can mail your resume to training@GETIIT.net and once of our recruitment manager will get in touch with you.  

Q. I cannot organise class today due to emergency so what should I do?

A.
  In case of any emergency trainer has to send an email to support@GETIIT.net with the reason of absence or else quickly leave a message to the training manager at+91 9008003247
